Fees: about 414$ per month (including everything, say water and electrical utilities, Internet cable and wireless internet, telephone line, TV cable), and thus about 13.5$ per day. The exact fee is negotiable. Time: avaiable from end of July (07/26) to middle Sept. (09/10), but the exact date is flexible and negotiable.
