Our real stay time is from 05/21 to 08/30, surely the rent time can be flexible. And when we leave, you can rent out the room for a more satisfied price. You know, the rent price will be higher in August and September when new students come. We are quiet, and no-smoking no pet easy going people. Besides, we like clean.
