A single, clean and quiet female person is preferred. The apartment is in South Mesa, second floor. Close to the laundry, mesa shuttle and other facilities. If you plan to move in, you will sign the lease with the mesa office. The rent is only $414.0 per month. Share electricity, which is usually less than $30 per month.
