It locates in La Jolla Canyon Apartment at the cross between Genesee Avenue and Eastgate mall street. it is very near to UTC(turn to left) or UCSD regents shuttle station(turn to right) . This two bedroom apartment is on the top floor(second floor), has a swimming pool and spa view,and faces south.Especially the environment here is very nice here. Our lease will end at March 31th, if you are satisfied with this apartment, you can sign a new lease. Our rent is $1275 now excluding electricity, water. $500 deposit per lease is necessary.
