The community is quite and safe.Near the bus station,I-15 highway,Miramar college,the community shopping center,different Asia supermarket. Having own parking permit and bedroom, share the living room,kitchen and the bathroom. The rent is $420 per month+1/3 share of the electric utility per month and plus $250 security deposit. According to the different life style, the amount of the rent and the share of the electric utility can be negotiated. For example, you stay less than 7 days per week, or you do not cook at all, the amount of the rent or the share of the electric utility can be decreased. Looking for a roommate:drug-free, party-free, smoke-free,tidy,reasonable,friendly,responsible,and with the heart of the mutual respect.It is the month-by-month lease, though, the long-term stay is definitely preferred.
