The rent is $520, you will share all utilities , i.e., water, electricity, and wireless. The deposit is $500. It is a month-to-month lease. Convenient location - at the streetside of Clairemont Mesa Blvd.Less than 10 minutes walk to city bus 41 and 50,both pass UTC and UCSD,less than 20 minutes drive, 20 minutes walk to 99 market. The apartment has all kitchen applicances (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc.). Complex provides laundry.You'll be sharing the apartment with a chinese male, who is professional with busy schedule. I am looking for a neat person (no gender preference) who is also a professional or a graduate student. No pets please.
